I’ve learned some things about life, eternal families, and raising girls over the past 68 years . Here are some thoughts for my daughters . I can close my eyes and think of each of them as if they were all 9 years old again and we could "start over".

Part of your Starting Over strategy should include a new web site. As you begin this -  here are Critical Questions/ Comments About Your Website:

• Can you tell someone how to get to your site without having to spell anything? 
• Do you need multiple URL names or web sites?
• Are the URLs human-readable or are they full of special characters and dynamically-generated gobbledygook?
• Do you have an About page?
• Can visitors tell what your site is about without visiting your About page?ow
• Do you have a professional web designer or do you use a sibling or friend?

This classic definition of success puts success at the beginning , not the end. The moment you set a goal and start moving toward it - at that moment you are successful. We call this Personal Motivation. Motivation and Success are the same. Look at the word motivation.
